Claims later than 24 hours are subject to approval.

We also guarantee that if you are not happy with the maid that has been assigned to you for any reason whatsoever, you may request a change of staff until you have found the perfect fit.

We reserve the right to inspect the work in question within 24 hours. Contingent upon the customer having chosen/described the job circumstances/needs accurately to match the monetary value/cost of the job purchased.

Example: If you purchase an Express Maid Service (standard cleaning), but your home needs a Spring Cleaning, we will need additional payment to be able to provide you with the correct level of service.
