One time cleaning $199 up to 3 hours.

$179 on a recurring basis (Maintenance rate)

$57 for each additional hour if needed and pre approved by you.

Maintenance rates apply if your last service was within 30 days.

If Laundry is needed, an additional 1 or 2-hour labor purchase may be needed.

Please notify us at time of purchase, so we can send someone who handles laundry. Leave laundry cards or change and detergent needed for machines if necessary.

Please consider that you are buying a time slot based on hourly pay. Each service is based on a 3 hour limit and if approved by Customer, purchase of additional hours. Most cleanings are primarily based on what the purchased time allows.

Examples of a basic house cleaning may include:

• Vacuuming carpets and floors
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying trash
• Reachable surface dusting
• Cleaning door handles and light fixtures
• Dusting windows, window sills and ledges
• Changing linen
• Cleaning kitchen appliances on the outside (the microwave is cleaned inside as well)
• Wiping countertops and outside of the kitchen cabinets
• Doing dishes
• Cleaning and disinfection of toilets, bath tubs and/or showers, etc
• Organizing and folding clothes, toys, etc.

If you need an intense cleaning of your location such as the insides of appliances, cabinets/drawers/closets, outside of windows, wall washing, scrubbing of bathroom tiles, hard areas to reach like behind/under large items/furnishings/appliances, high areas, over door frames, extremely dirty areas, hard to remove grime or soils, post renovation dust, etc.
