The first one is always full price because it’s not considered maintenance. The discount (for weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly) comes for any other follow up services within 21 days of the last one.

If you select the last option, your maid/service pro will shop for the supplies with funds left and will bring back change + itemized receipt. Unless told otherwise, the maid/service pro will not keep change.

Supply Kit Information

The truck delivery Person is a third party and charges us $59.00 to deliver and pick up supply kits. The Maids take the train separately and meet with them before they enter your premises. The money strictly goes to pay the person who delivers. We do not make money off of supplies. The reason we do it this way is because we have to portion each kit for single use to avoid cross contamination ( ie: Covid, bedbugs, etc) for our Customer’s protection after each use to make sure no one carries used/contaminated material or equipment to other Customers. Each vacuum has to be thoroughly sterilized with steam. Cleaning, fluids must be renewed, disposables must be properly discarded. We must ensure nothing is reused or carried to another location. Doing this is time consuming and expensive but we only charge for the delivery to mitigate losses. It is completely worth it to keep our customers safe and healthy. You may opt to provide your own supplies to avoid this cost.
